3. My Worship Portal and Church Information

My Worship Portal allows churches and worship teams to organize services, team members, songs, rehearsal resources, schedules, and communications.

Information entered into a church workspace may be visible to other authorized members of that church workspace depending on their role and the feature being used.

Church owners and administrators may manage team membership and certain information within their church workspace.

Users should only submit information to My Worship Portal that they are authorized to provide and share with their church or team.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing information, transaction information, fraud-prevention information, and other information necessary to provide payment services.

Stripe's handling of information is governed by Stripe's own privacy practices.

The Worship Portal may receive information from Stripe such as:

  • Customer name and email
  • Transaction identifiers
  • Products purchased
  • Subscription status
  • Payment status
  • Limited payment-method information, such as card brand and last four digits

We use this information to fulfill purchases, manage subscriptions, provide account access, and maintain transaction records.
