Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Worship Portal website, accounts, memberships, digital products, and My Worship Portal services.

By accessing or using The Worship Portal, creating an account, making a purchase, or subscribing to a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Worship Portal provides worship-related digital resources and software services, which may include:

• Instrumental tracks
• Multitracks
• Lyric videos
• Worship pads
• Templates and production resources
• Other downloadable products
• Pro Membership
• My Worship Portal
• Worship-team planning, scheduling, rehearsal, and communication tools

Features and available content may change over time.

2. Accounts

Certain features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Activity performed through your account
• Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You may not impersonate another person or use another person's account without permission.

3. Church and Team Accounts

My Worship Portal may allow users to create or participate in church or worship-team workspaces.

Church owners and administrators are responsible for managing their team and ensuring they have appropriate permission to add team members and provide information about them.

Users may only access church workspaces they are authorized to access.

4. Purchases

The Worship Portal sells digital products.

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

Because digital products may become available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final except where otherwise required by law or where The Worship Portal determines that a billing or technical error occurred.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions

Certain services are offered through recurring subscriptions, including Pro Membership and paid My Worship Portal plans.

Subscription pricing and billing frequency are displayed when you subscribe.

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing period unless canceled.

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not ordinarily provide a refund for time already billed unless required by law or otherwise expressly stated.

Access to subscription-only features or content may end when the applicable paid subscription period ends.

6. Pro Membership

Pro Membership provides access to benefits described on the current Pro Membership page.

Available products, resources, and benefits may change as the membership evolves.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, membership access does not transfer ownership of The Worship Portal's intellectual property to the member.

Use of downloadable content remains subject to the applicable Download & Licensing Terms.

7. My Worship Portal

My Worship Portal provides tools intended to help worship teams plan services, schedule team members, communicate, and rehearse.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Users are responsible for reviewing service plans, schedules, song information, messages, and other information before relying on them for an actual church service, rehearsal, or event.

My Worship Portal is a planning and rehearsal aid and should not be treated as an emergency or mission-critical communication system.

8. User Content and Communications

You may be able to submit messages, service information, schedules, notes, profile information, or other content.

You retain responsibility for content you submit.

You grant The Worship Portal the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service.

You may not use the service to submit or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes another person's rights
• Contains malicious software
• Attempts to compromise the security of the service
• Is fraudulent or intentionally deceptive
• Is abusive in a manner that materially interferes with another person's use of the service

9. Intellectual Property

The Worship Portal website, software, branding, product files, arrangements, recordings, templates, designs, and other original materials are owned by The Worship Portal or used with appropriate authorization.

Purchasing or accessing a product gives you a license to use that product according to the applicable licensing terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

10. Download Licensing

Use of downloadable products is additionally governed by The Worship Portal's Download & Licensing Terms available at:

If a specific product includes additional licensing terms, those terms also apply to that product.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute The Worship Portal products except where expressly permitted
• Share account credentials to avoid purchasing required access
• Circumvent subscription, entitlement, download, or access restrictions
• Scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to another account, church workspace, administrative system, or protected resource
• Use The Worship Portal content in a way prohibited by the applicable license

12. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or temporarily suspend portions of the service.

We may also make reasonable changes necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or technical operation.

13. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Material violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the service
• Unauthorized redistribution of content
• Attempts to compromise security
• Nonpayment of applicable fees

Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to resolve an issue before termination.

14. Disclaimer

The Worship Portal and its services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, software configuration, church system, or third-party service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Worship Portal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Third-Party Services

The Worship Portal may integrate with or rely upon third-party services.

Those services may have their own terms and policies, and The Worship Portal is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our products and services evolve.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
