What Is My Worship Portal?

My Worship Portal brings worship planning, songs, chord charts, team communication, and practice tools together in one place. Here's a simple overview of how it works.

Planning worship involves a lot more than choosing a few songs.

There are services to plan, songs to organize, musicians to schedule, chord charts to prepare, rehearsals to coordinate, and plenty of messages flying back and forth throughout the week.

My Worship Portal brings those pieces together in one place so your worship team can plan, prepare, practice, and communicate throughout the week.

It's designed to be simple enough for smaller churches and volunteer worship teams without requiring a complicated church management system.

What is My Worship Portal?

My Worship Portal is an online workspace for your worship team.

Worship leaders and administrators can plan upcoming services, organize songs and resources, create chord charts, assign team members, and communicate with everyone involved.

Musicians can log in throughout the week to see what they're playing, access the songs and resources they need, practice their parts, and stay connected with the team.

The goal is simple: give your worship team one place to prepare for Sunday.

The Home Tab

Home gives each person a quick look at what's happening with the worship team.

Team members can see upcoming services, important information, and the things they need to prepare without digging through different parts of the app.

For a musician logging in during the week, this is the starting point for answering a simple question:

What do I need to be ready for?

Services

Services are where your worship plans come together.

Create an upcoming service, build your setlist, add songs, and assign musicians and roles so everyone knows what they're preparing for.

But My Worship Portal goes beyond simply planning the service. The Worship Portal's music resources are built directly into the experience.

When you schedule a song, your team can listen to The Worship Portal instrumental while they practice. On the Free plan, every team member can listen in the song's original key. With a paid My Worship Portal plan, they can listen in the exact key you've scheduled for the service and access the song's multitracks directly inside My Worship Portal when available.

That means your team isn't just seeing what they're playing on Sunday, they can actually practice the music they're going to play, in the key they're going to play it.

Songs

Songs gives your church a central library for all the music your team uses.

Every song available from The Worship Portal is already built into My Worship Portal, giving your team instant access to lyrics and available Worship Portal resources without having to create or import them yourself.

But your church isn't limited to The Worship Portal library. You can also create your own songs or custom arrangements, adding the lyrics, chord charts, files, and other resources your team needs for the way your church plays the song.

Whether it's a Worship Portal song or something completely custom, your team's music can all live together in one organized library.

Charts

Charts makes it incredibly easy to create clean chord charts in every key.

Build your chart once, and My Worship Portal can instantly transpose it into all 12 keys. No manually rewriting chords or maintaining a folder full of different versions. You can also switch to Nashville Numbers, customize the layout, and keep the chart connected directly to the song in your library.

Team

Team is where you manage the people who serve with your worship ministry.

Add musicians, vocalists, tech volunteers, and other team members, then organize their roles so it's easier to assign the right people when you're planning a service.

Each person gets their own login, so they can see the services and resources relevant to them throughout the week.

Chat

Chat keeps worship-team communication connected to the team itself.

Your team can have ongoing conversations, share updates, mention specific people, and communicate about upcoming services without everything disappearing into unrelated group texts.

Service-specific conversations can also stay connected to the service they're actually about.

Settings

Settings is where administrators manage how My Worship Portal works for their church.

This includes church and workspace information, administrative options, and other settings that control the team's My Worship Portal experience.

Most team members won't spend much time here, but it gives worship leaders and administrators a central place to manage the workspace.

One Place for Your Worship Team

Worship teams already have enough to think about during the week.

The goal of My Worship Portal isn't to add another complicated system your volunteers have to learn. It's to bring the things your team is already doing into one simple place.

Plan the service. Prepare the music. Practice during the week. Communicate with your team.

Then when Sunday arrives, everyone can walk in more prepared to lead together.
